When you open an online transaction with Old Republic, you have the option of receiving e-mail notification concerning the status of each of your orders. You may choose the frequency of receiving order status; immediate e-mails as certain milestones are achieved and/or a weekly summary report.

We will provide you with updates as each milestone is achieved:

• Transaction opened
• Preliminary report completed and delivered
• Initial deposit received and the dollar amount
• Each time the deposit is increased and the dollar amount
• Each time lender funds arrive including dollar amounts and name of institution
• Document recorded – "deed" including the series number
• Document recorded – "deed of trust" including the series number
• Transaction closed

We will only notify you when "important" documents are completed such as the buyer’s/seller’s instructions and statements, HUD, etc. This will keep notification emails to a minimum.

When you open a transaction you need to be kept apprised as the transaction progresses. By providing you detailed order status, as it occurs, our hope is that you will have more time to spend on proactive selling activities.

In addition, as certain documents are completed for your order, we will send you e-mail notification along with an attached copy of the document.
